Lets kick off spring training early!
After multiple request for a new challenge I am proposing this. 10,000 + kettlebell swings during the month of April. The rules are basically the same as the 1,000 swing challenge except for the weight restriction. This time you can use any "appropriate" size kettlebell you choose.
Do this for fun! Do this for motivation! Do this for weight loss! Doesn't matter... Have fun with it. All I ask is that you do it with GOOD FORM. Invite your friends and make it a group effort.
For those of you just starting out with kettlebells and swings this challenge is not for you. If you would still like to participate adjust the numbers appropriately (ie. 5,000 total or 100 per day)

**For those of you who may need assistance I will be sure to adjust the workout of the day along the right side of the page to reflect the required rep count to obtain 10,000 swings.**

I've decided to join you. My second challenge is adding 32 oz of chocolate milk to my diet. Milk and Swings.

I like it!! Let me know how the milk diet works. I have started using the 28kg on my 1,000 swing days and find it a lot harder. Have fun and let keep me posted.
