Kettlebell classes are set to begin Elite Martial Arts and Krav Maga in Fort Collins. Join me as we get into the "swing" of things. Classes will run every Tuesday and Thursday at 06:45 pm. During this time you will have a short instruction or "practice" session followed by that intense workout you've been looking for. You'll soon understand what others are talking about when they refer to that killer kettlebell workout. So grab a friend and "swing" on by...it's time get the results you've been after.
