First of all I want to thank all of my clients, both private and class, for being such an incredible group of individuals to work with. Each day you all remind me why I love doing what I do! The first 2 months of 2012 have been great. I am looking for March to be even better.
10,000 Swing / 1,000 Squat Challenge:
I am challenging everybody for the month of March. Grab a kettlebell and swing away. This is only an average of 320 swings and 32 squats daily. The rules are simple:
New Morning Class at Orchards Athletic Club:
Starting March 6, 2012 I will be adding two new class times inside Orchards Athletic Club. This will be in addition to the other classes and will be included in the monthly unlimited. The OAC class schedule will be as follows. Price will remain at $40 per monthly membership.
Tuesday / Thursday 9am - 10am (New as of March 6)
Monday / Wednesday 6pm - 7pm

Receive 1 month FREE class when 2 friends sign a 6 month contract for unlimited class.
Tactical Strength Challenge:
As some of you are aware, the TSC is coming to Northern Colorado. For the first time is a while it will not be held in a CrossFit gym! Orchards Athletic Club has been gracious enough to host this event in 2012. The event is a FREE challenge to test overall strength and fitness. Each participant will be scored in a max deadlift, max pull-ups and a 5 minute kettlebell snatch test. For more information on the event itself please visit http://www.tacticalstrengthchallenge.com/ In order to prepare for this I am offering 1-2 workshops each month to help in programing and skills. These workshops will cost $20 paid at the front desk of OAC.

- Use any appropriate size kb for swings.
- All swings count: 2 handed, singles, Hand 2 hand, doubles, ect.
- All squats count as long as they are below parallel and weighted: goblet, single kb, double kettlebell, barbell, ect.
